Keith Gibson was born and raised in Victoria, BC, but has called the Comox Valley home for the past six years. Keith is a Senior Financial Consultant with Gee Gibson & Associates, and works with families, business owners, and retirees in helping them reach their financial goals. Keith provides every client with reliable and realistic assessments, going above and beyond expectations to provide comprehensive solutions. He is a graduate of Royal Roads University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. When not working with clients, Keith, and his two kids Haydin and Karson are active members in the community and enjoy skiing, lacrosse, and golf.

Duane was born and raised in the Comox Valley with an upbringing to care about people and community. With early careers in the grocery business and forestry, he found his calling after receiving honors marks from the Canadian Securities Institute in 1994. Duane started with IG in January 1995 with a goal to help others achieve financial freedom. He obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 1998. As a CFP professional, he meets FP Canada's rigorous pre- and post-certification standards in education, experience, examination, and ethics, while adhering to the highest internationally recognized standards of competence and ethical practice as set out by FP Canada. Starting at a young age, Duane has always been actively involved with community organizations such as 4H, NVIHA, Kiwanis and most recently RCMSAR in the Comox Valley.

Janet Gee started with IG in January 1995 after spending eight years working for trust companies. Before that, Janet obtained a business diploma from Canadore College while living in North Bay, Ontario. She obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 1998 and has been a CFP practitioner in her business ever since. The financial planning ethic of IG was part of what drew her to the organization. Janet continues to strive to have a client-focused team, providing people with excellent service and ongoing advice with comprehensive planning. Creating lasting relationships and making a difference in people's lives makes her role incredibly rewarding. When Janet is not helping clients reach their goals, she enjoys time on the golf course and boating with her husband and friends.

Kathy was born and raised in Port Alberni on Vancouver Island and spent summers at her family property in Bamfield. She's married to Jeff, with two children, daughter Ashlee and son Brier, and they love their little dog, Charlie. Kathy begins each day with meditation and ends each day with her yoga practice. She's truly in her element with functional training for running, or pickleball. She values the balance of hard work, a relaxed pedicure and a hot latte.

Born and raised in Vancouver BC and after spending 21 years in Whitehorse Yukon Territory, Lance has returned home to settle in the Comox Valley. Lance has 27 years in the financial services industry and holds the CFP designation and bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University. Having held many rolls within the industry over the years including leading a team of advisors at one of Canadas top 5 banks, Lance found being a financial advisor and coach the most rewarding. Lance's belief is to take a holistic approach to financial planning, realizing clients don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care. His objective is to have clients understand "planning for retirement and retiring with a plan" is the key to achieving their dreams.
